NeptuneCloud Reporting ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by NeptuneCloud Agency, based in Cape Town, South Africa. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our SaaS reporting platform at app.neptunecloudagency.com.
We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address and password. We also collect performance data from advertising platforms you connect to our service, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Mailchimp. This data is used solely for generating reports on your behalf.
We use your information to provide and improve our reporting services, generate automated performance reports, send scheduled email reports, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your advertising data for any purpose other than generating your reports.
When you connect advertising accounts to NeptuneCloud Reporting, we access performance data on a read-only basis. We never create, modify, pause or delete campaigns on your behalf. Each platform connection uses OAuth2 authentication, meaning you explicitly grant us access and can revoke it at any time through the respective platform.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in secure cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@neptunecloudagency.com. Advertising performance data is retained for up to 24 months to enable historical reporting.
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform: Supabase for database and authentication, Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery, and various advertising platform APIs for data retrieval. Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also withdraw consent for data processing at any time. If you are located in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to use our service.
