By accessing or using NeptuneCloud Reporting ("the Service"), operated by NeptuneCloud Agency, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
NeptuneCloud Reporting is a SaaS platform that connects to advertising accounts including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Mailchimp to generate automated performance reports. The Service provides read-only access to advertising data for reporting purposes only.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit harmful or malicious content, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or third-party advertising platforms.
By connecting advertising accounts to the Service, you confirm that you have the authority to grant us read-only access to those accounts. You are responsible for ensuring your use of advertising platform APIs through our Service complies with each platform's terms of service. We do not create, modify, or delete any campaigns on your behalf.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.
The Service and all its content, features and functionality are owned by NeptuneCloud Agency and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written permission.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
NeptuneCloud Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for up to 30 days after termination before deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa.
